NU Home is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Roofing Field Marketing & Sales Team. This role focuses on door-to-door canvassing, homeowner engagement, and generating qualified leads for the roofing sales team.

No experience needed — we train you and provide ongoing coaching. You will work outdoors in assigned neighborhoods, aiming to book inspections and sales appointments while tracking activity in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to canvass in assigned neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
• Introduce NU Home's roofing, repair, and replacement services.
• Educate homeowners about benefits of quality roofing and home protection.
• Identify homeowners interested in roof inspections, repairs, or replacements.
• Set qualified appointments for our Roofing Sales Team.
• Log leads and activity in CRM.
• Hit daily & weekly production goals.
