Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing in Indiana is seeking a General Laborer to support our roofing team with hands-on field work. You will travel daily to local job sites, help set up safety gear, ladders and materials, and assist the crew to complete projects.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 100 pounds for heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up tarps, ladders, and safety equipment at job sites.
• Assist crew to complete roofing jobs and pick up materials.
• Maintain shop and yard area so it remains clean and presentable.
• Keep company truck clean and in DOT-compliant condition.
