Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our in-office team in the Kennesaw, GA area. This full-time role offers commission-based earnings with paid training and uncapped potential.

You will identify prospects, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, closing deals and building long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or SDR/inside/outside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage and close high-potential opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
