Conduct on‑site inspections of commercial roofs to assess damage, wear, and service needs.
Develop detailed and accurate estimates for service repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor re‑roofing projects.
Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to ensure estimates reflect actual field conditions.
Communicate with clients to clarify project scope, present proposals, and answer questions.
Track and follow up on outstanding estimates and proposals to support sales efforts.
Maintain current knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices.
Utilize estimating software and CRM tools to generate and manage proposals.
Ensure all estimates comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
High School Diploma Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a service estimating role. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built‑up, metal). Proficiency in estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a service‑focused commercial roofing environment.
Minimum 18 years of age
Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more and perform physical tasks during roof inspections
Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Successful Pre‑Employment Drug test
Successful Background Check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
Use and operation of drones a Plus Familiarity with CRM systems and digital proposal tools
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification Preferred
Full time onsite
