Job summary

Blueprint Hires is seeking a Roofing Consultant to expand roofing and wall design engineering services in Dallas, TX. You will provide technical expertise in roofing systems and oversee project design and execution for diverse properties.

The role involves managing repairs and re-construction, coordinating with clients and contractors, and performing construction administration. A technical degree and relevant licensing are preferred, with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits plus

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems; license preferred (RRO, RRC, PE or RA).
• Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management for multi-unit and government buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope design oversight.
• Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums and commercial/government buildings.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to manage construction projects and schedules.

Job description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Roofing Consultant to help them expand their service offerings in roofing and wall design engineering, as well as construction defect litigation support solutions at their Dallas, TX office.

Your Day Includes:

• Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work
• Managing repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings
• Working with clients and contractors through managing construction project and schedules
• Performing construction administration.

Must Haves:

• Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
• Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a RRO, RRC, PE or RA license preferred
• Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
