Tecta America Commercial Roofing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing construction projects in Texas. You will manage schedules, budgets, and team coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while adhering to plans and standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in construction project management, OSHA 10, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. This exempt role reports to the Operating Unit President and offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• OSHA 10 training is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and other project documents.
