The ideal candidate will be able to work at heights, perform physically demanding tasks, and collaborate with a crew foreman to deliver quality roofing work.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical strength and stamina for demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to following all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems (commercial and residential).
• Load and unload materials and equipment on job sites.
• Prepare the job site by clearing debris and setting up tools and safety equipment.
• Tear off and dispose of old roofing materials.
• Hand-nail shingles or assist with installation of flat roofing membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC).
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in weekly safety meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team under the direction of a crew foreman.
