Job description

Assemble, install, and finish residential roofing and sheeting.

Perform routine maintenance to residential roofing and sheeting.

Perform routine maintenance to commercial roofing.

Perform routine maintenance to the exterior of the company building.

Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and parking lot.

Perform daily duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Follow all safety procedures and standards set by the company and or state/local agencies.

Follow all company policies and procedures including providing a safe work environment for employees, customers, and other vendors/employees.

Adhere to all OSHA, EPA, and local codes, and regulations regarding safety issues in the workplace.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. without assistance.

Must be able to climb ladders up to 15 feet in height (on a regular basis).

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (on a regular basis).

Must be able to push/pull trailers/trucks up to 50+ lbs. on a regular basis (on-site).

Must be able to use hand tools (bolts, screws, wrenches).
