Workstream seeks a Roofing Technician in Huntersville, NC to join our field team and apply spray-on roof coating, perform small repairs, and support roof replacement crews. This hands-on role requires a background in roofing or related construction and a valid driver’s license.

You’ll contribute to high-quality workmanship while working independently or with teammates. The position is full-time with a company truck, flexible schedule, fuel card, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in roofing, metal work, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
