Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors and notify trade partners of forecasts.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, clean and safe work environment.
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Review project tracking and analyze deficiencies; prepare material lists and order needs.
• Schedule inspections as required.
