Pioneer Builders Supply, a division of Pacific Supply, is hiring a Material Handler in Bremerton, WA. You will load and unload materials, assist customers, and help manage yard and jobsites logistics. A pathway to obtain a Class A CDL is offered with training and DMV support.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting daily loading targets while growing within a company with a long legacy. Compensation aligns with hourly pay, with full benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to load a roof or stock drywall.
• Must have basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Prior experience in the distribution center industry preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles.
• Load roofing shingles onto roofs and perform material handling in yard and jobsites.
• Count and reconcile incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
