Job summary

Rose Roofing — Northern Virginia is hiring experienced roofers for full-time, W-2 positions. You will install residential roofing systems, trim, and seal joints to ensure watertight results, while earning guaranteed base pay plus production bonuses.

Bi-weekly pay and health insurance are provided; overtime is available with supervision. The role requires shingles experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and reliable transportation to job sites across Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential roofing (shingle required; metal a plus)
• Ability to handle physically demanding outdoor work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to sites
• OSHA 10 is a plus—provided if needed

Responsibilities

• Tearing off old roofing systems and keeping the site clean
• Installing complete roofing systems to be watertight
• Cutting and fitting materials around chimneys, vents, valleys, and walls
• Sealing joints and nail heads for a leak-free finish
• Setting up ladders and hoists safely on every job
• Working as a crew with your Team Lead on progress and issues
