Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking RoofField Inspectors to join our network of independent contractors. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections using advanced technology.

As an independent contractor, you will work within a nationwide coverage area, with opportunities to perform rapid catastrophe responses and direct inspections as part of our claims-resolution ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely inspect steep/high roofs.
• Must have reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) to transport a 32′ ladder.
• Must have LiDAR device or ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro+).
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain required certifications/credentials to join contractor pool.
