Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking independent RoofField Inspectors in the United States. You will conduct inspections on steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections.

Proficiency with technology helps evaluate property damage and support safe, timely resolutions. As an independent contractor, you’ll join a nationwide network, carrying a 32' ladder, with access to LiDAR-enabled devices and MS Office tools to maintain thorough

• Ability to safely inspect steep and high roofs.
• Tech capability to complete inspections in varied weather.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Empathy when interacting with insureds during claims.
• Roofing/construction background or prior insurance claims experience a plus.
