You will evaluate property damage and perform inspections, utilizing advanced technology to ensure thorough assessments. The position is independent contractor-based and allows for flexibility while requiring professionalism and accuracy in inspections across various conditions. Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to safely navigate and inspect any type of roof, especially steep and high roofs.
• Technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions.
• Experience in roofing, construction, and/or insurance claims is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
