Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants in the United States is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join our network of independent contractors. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate external and interior damage, and support underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

Independent contractor role with emphasis on safety, professionalism, and attention to detail. Roofing/construction or claims experience is a plus; training and credentials will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and ladder to transport gear.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections and evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections using technology.
