Job summary

Blyss Journeys is seeking thoughtful, creative travel planners to help couples design honeymoons, anniversaries, or celebration getaways. You will listen to clients and translate ideas into well-organized vacation plans and guide reservations.

You will begin by getting to know the client, ask about the occasion, atmosphere, budget, and activities, then research destinations and experiences that fit their vision.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Must reside in United States or Mexico.
• Reliable internet access and a computer.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable discussing budgets and making personalized recommendations.
• Able to manage deadlines and confidential client information.
• Willing to complete training and ongoing education.
• Experience in hospitality, weddings, events, customer service, or relationship-based sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the client and ask about occasion, atmosphere, budget, activities, and accommodations.
• Research destinations and experiences that fit the client.
• Compare adults-only resorts, cruises, romantic excursions, upgrades, private transfers, dining experiences, or celebration packages.
• Organize top options, explain differences, and guide the client through the reservation process.
• Track deadlines, verify reservation details, provide preparation reminders, and remain available for follow-up.
• Maintain client records, participate in training, learn about destinations and suppliers, request referrals, and build relationships with couples who may return for future celebrations.
