Job summary

Carmichael Development LLC in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Rolloff Driver to safely transport and dump loose materials to and from various job sites. You will load, operate, and maintain the truck and complete required documentation daily.

The role requires a Class A or B CDL, willingness to work evenings or weekends, and adherence to safety and company policies. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K and safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL license is required.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain a roll-off truck and equipment.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as required.
• Submit accurate load documentation to logistics manager daily.
• Maintain daily logs with legible information.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and dump materials to and from job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and secure various raw materials.
• Follow on-site flagger instructions.
• Report issues to logistics manager ASAP.
• Fuel and wash truck daily.

Job description

Rolloff Driver's primary role is to safely and efficiently transport and dump loose materials (such as asphalt, rock or dirt) to and from job sites and projects as required by the company. Loading, operating, and routine maintenance of the truck, as well as other tasks deemed necessary are expected of the driver.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe vehicle and equipment
• Follow flagger instructions while on site
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per company policy
• Work with and load a variety of raw materials
• Process and turn in proper documents for each load and/or project to logistics manager daily.
• Perform other related tasks as necessary
• Class A or B Driver's License required
• Work evenings or weekends as required
• Take direction from logistics manager or field personnel as required.
• Fuel/clean truck every evening
• Maintain daily log with accurate and legible information
• Report any foreseen issues with logistics manager ASAP
• Material hauled/dumped will be issued from the logistics manager only.
