Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Rolling Stock Maintenance Manager to oversee preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair trailers and equipment, and lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires safety focus, strong work ethic, and teamwork to ensure reliable trailer operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Welding certification preferred; CDL-A and DOT certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and manage rolling stock inventory.
• Inspect and repair company trailers and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and annual DOT inspections.
• Diagnose and repair trailer fleet including body, suspension, brakes, ABS, etc.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; follow OSHA procedures.
