Job summary

Manheim Township is seeking an Box Office Attendant for the Parks and Recreation department. This on-site role supports a family-friendly environment, enforcing rules and providing first aid as needed during peak hours from October through May.

This entry-level position requires weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) and emphasizes safety, customer service, and clear incident reporting. Training follows the OAC Employee Manual guidelines, with additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow the OAC Employee Manual and perform all duties and functions of an OAC employee.
• Protect the safety and health of all patrons using proper skills.
• Provide excellent customer service through consistent, fair, and courteous enforcement of all rules.
• Ability to use Civic Rec software to check in patrons.
• Comfortability with conflict management when necessary.
• Be able to perform basic first aid when necessary.
• Fill out incident reports when necessary.
• Ability to work at least 3 weekends a month.
• Other duties as assigned.
