Plaintalentconnection is seeking a Roller Operator/Heavy Equipment Operator based in Annville, Lebanon County, who is eager to learn and develop their skills in asphalt paving. You will roll and compact asphalt on paving projects, operate heavy equipment, and ensure high-quality compaction.

The role offers daily overtime, local work with no overnight travel, and the chance to work closely in a supportive team environment. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided on the job.

• Roll & compact asphalt on paving projects using proper patterns.
• Operate heavy equipment, including asphalt rollers.

• Keep equipment ready by fueling and maintaining water levels.
• Assist with job site setup.
• Report equipment issues to the Crew Leader.
• Travel to job sites within an hour of the shop.

Roller Operator/Heavy Equipment Operator

Looking for a hands-on heavy equipment operator role where you can be trained on the job, earn daily overtime, and build a long-term skillset in asphalt paving?

What You'll Do as a Roller Operator/Heavy Equipment Operator:

• Roll & compact asphalt on paving projects using proper patterns to achieve the right finish.
• Operate heavy equipment, including asphalt rollers, and assist with other equipment as needed.
• Remove creases, marks, and imperfections to ensure consistent, high-quality compaction.
• Tamp edges and tight areas that the roller can't reach.
• Keep equipment ready by fueling, prepping, and maintaining proper water levels in the rollers.
• Assist with general job site setup and support the crew as needed.
• Report equipment issues or site concerns to the Crew Leader.
• Travel to job sites, typically within an hour of the shop.
