Job summary

Domtar is seeking a Roll Wrapper at our Sanford, FL location. The role is full-time and involves operating wrapping machinery, moving rolls with a forklift, and maintaining safety and cleanliness on the floor.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, industrial experience, and good English communication. Training will cover production processes and strict safety standards in a paper production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree/technical certificate preferred.
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of paper industry preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and observe all safety rules around paper mill equipment.
• Maintain and up-keep a high level of cleanliness at the workplace.
• Cut broke (scrap material).
• Move Parent Rolls with a forklift to proper location.
• Set up and operate wrapping machine.
• Data enter information into label printer and print labels.
• Other duties as assigned.
