SMS group USA is seeking a Roll Welder to assemble, fit, track and weld a variety of complex fabrications and steel rolls, with emphasis on precision and adaptability to new procedures through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED encouraged but not required.
• Existing welding knowledge encouraged but training provided; must possess good ability to adapt to new procedure.
• Resourcefulness in accomplishing objectives and completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Roll Welder will assemble, fit, track and weld a variety of complex fabrications and assemble of steel rolls.
• Complete SOP travelers to document daily activities.
• Setup of automated welding equipment.
