Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Blue Ash, OH, is seeking a clamp truck operator to join our safety‑driven team. You will follow OSHA rules, perform vehicle inspections, and execute loading, rolling and storage tasks for corrugated packaging operations.

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Qualified to drive a clamp truck.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to work any shift including overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Some skill at problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Working mechanical ability.
• Some skill at record keeping including paper records and computer data input.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: $26.92.
• Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
• Paid Holidays.
