Job summary

Sheridan Brimfield is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the night shift to keep production lines in catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials running. You’ll receive paid training, cross-training, and clear advancement paths in a team-focused environment.

You will diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues, read schematics, and participate in preventative maintenance. Shift includes a night premium and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have printing experience.
• Able to work 10–12 hour shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic to isolate faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using a full range of hand/power tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders, support changeovers, and reduce repeat failures.
• Document maintenance activities and recommend reliability improvements.
