Job summary

Naples Waste Removal, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks experienced Roll-Off and/or Front Load Drivers to join our growing waste management team.

A valid CDL (Class A or B) and a clean driving record are required, along with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience. You will operate roll-off and/or front load trucks, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and deliver dumpsters to residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Roll-Off and/or Front Load driving experience.
• Valid CDL (Class B or A) with clean driving record
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to operate and maintain assigned equipment
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks and/or front load trucks
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
• Deliver, swap, and pick up dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure loads are secured and disposed of properly
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicle
