• Delivering and picking up roll-off dumpsters with precision, skill, and a little swagger
• Navigating job sites, alleyways, and “uhh…are you sure we can fit?” situations
• Performing basic truck inspections and keeping your ride in top shape
• Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional way (even when they say “it’ll be easy to get in here”)
• Being the calm, cool, collected problem-solver when things get…interesting
