Job summary

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is seeking an experienced roll-off driver to join our small, family-owned team. You will operate a modern truck, deliver containers to job sites, and provide friendly service to homeowners and project managers.

This role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and building strong relationships in Bucks and Montgomery counties. You’ll work with a courteous crew and report directly to the owner, with weekly pay and a supportive, small-business environment.

Qualifications

• Must have roll-off experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must provide current driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid Class B CDL with knowledge of air brakes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners.
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with project managers.
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines.
• Empty containers at disposal sites.
• Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system.
• Secure tarps during transports.
• Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites.
• Willingness/ability to work up to 10 hour work days when work is available.
