Apple Valley Waste is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to lead from the front and optimize team performance. This role requires delivering, placing, and removing roll-off containers at various sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical certification.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and remove roll-off containers at commercial, industrial, and construction sites.
• Accurately position containers in tight or restricted environments while avoiding property damage.
• Ensure loads are secured properly before transport.
• Communicate with customers regarding container placement and service expectations.
• Complete routes safely, on time, and in accordance with service expectations.
