Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Roll Grab Operator to support our large manufacturing facility. The role involves safely operating a sit-down roll grab forklift, moving raw materials, and staging them between production, recycling, warehouse, and storage areas.

Shifts run 6 PM to 6:15 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with weekend premiums. Candidates should have at least 6 months of Roll Grab forklift experience and a forklift certificate or completion within 30 days; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Roll Grab forklift experience required.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of forklift-training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Six months clamp operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and move materials using Roll Grab forklift within the production environment.
• Transport and stage materials between production, recycling, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Load materials onto production equipment or machinery as needed.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow site safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.

Required Qualifications

At least 6 months experience operating Roll Grab forklift attachment

Role Purpose

What will you do in this role? Our Roll Grab are responsible for moving material from one area to another within our production environment. You'll receive material from production and deliver material to coverting using a Roll Grab or Rhino attachment forklift. Our environment is team oriented, fast paced and safety focused. Key Accountabilities

• Receive Material from Production
• Deliver Material to Coverting
• Operate a 12,000lb MHE with two different attachment (Roll Grab & Rhino Attachment)
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Refuell Hydrogen Cell Lifts
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment.

Required Education and Experience

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six Months Warehouse Experience, Preferred
• Six months clamp operation experience
• Roll Grab Experience Required
