Job summary

CW Production Office in Houston, TX is seeking a Roll Forming Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor roll forming equipment to produce quality metal components according to specifications.

You will perform tooling changes, load materials, inspect finished products, document data, and follow OSHA safety policies while supporting efficient manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing or machine operating experience and can read production orders and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience with roll forming equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders, measurements, and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll forming machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Set up machines for production runs, including tooling changes and material loading.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Complete production reports and record operational data accurately.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify maintenance personnel when repairs are needed.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material-handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company safety standards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and material tracking.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and other production team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
