Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read production schedules, work orders, part details, drawings, and written instructions.
• Must be able to accurately use tape measures and basic measuring tools.
• Must be able to perform basic math, including fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
• Must demonstrate reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Panel, Perlin, Trim Department roll forming equipment to produce trim components per specs.
• Review schedules, work orders, trim drawings, part details, and instructions to determine material and specs.
• Set up roll form equipment, tooling, dies, stops, lengths, and quantities to produce trim parts.
• Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments for different profiles, gauges, and lengths.
• Inspect first-piece and in-process parts for conformance to quality requirements.
• Use measuring tools to verify part accuracy and batch similar items to optimize material use.
• Enter production data into the system and monitor shift equipment for abnormal conditions.
• Follow safety policies and housekeeping standards at all times.
