Job summary

A leading security solutions company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to optimize paid media and affiliate marketing channels in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, a background in digital analytics and ROI measurement, and strong collaborative skills. This hybrid position offers a competitive benefits program including medical, dental, and 401(k) among others.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent).
  • Proven success managing campaigns with measurable ROI and acquisition growth.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs and partner management (Impact Radius preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee affiliate marketing efforts via Impact Radius, including partner communications and performance optimization.
  • Monitor daily pacing, budget allocation, and efficient metrics (CPL, CPS, ROAS, CVR).
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries to the Director of Growth Marketing.
