Job summary

Rostudios in New York seeks a Roform instructor to lead Pilates-inspired group classes, create an engaging, welcoming space, and represent the brand with professionalism.

The role requires completing the Roform Training Programme (online modules plus in-person training) and delivering energetic sessions across mornings and afternoons. Benefits include $40 per class, flexible scheduling, merchandise discounts, and PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Roform Training Programme is required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; Pilates experience a plus.
• Flexible schedule: availability during standard business hours, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teach 6–9 classes per week, in two-four class blocks, three to four times a week.
• Availability at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months.

• Lead energetic Roform classes, creating an authentic experience for our community.
• Maintain strong connections with guests and team members, representing the brand positively.
• Demonstrate professionalism: punctual, reliable, courteous, and collaborative.
• Maintain hospitality and inclusiveness with every interaction.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
