Job Details

Job Location: Fort Worth, TX 76164. Position Type: Part Time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide a welcoming, engaging, and personalized shopping experience for all guests.
• Proactively greet guests within moments of entering the store to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations to drive sales.
• Build rapport with guests to understand needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote merchandise and upsell when appropriate.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling and processing transactions.
• Support daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with receiving shipments and processing new merchandise.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand standards to ensure consistency in guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure coverage during peak business times.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary.
• Demonstrate accountability for individual performance, including attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
• All other duties as assigned.

ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the retail space, stair case and storage areas for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, and move up to 35 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• May need to climb ladders periodically to clean, store or merchandise higher areas.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it to sales interactions.
• POS System and cash-handling experience.
