Job summary

Volkert Inc. in Louisiana is seeking a Rod Person to support field surveying activities under the supervision of a Party Chief. This entry-level role requires learning survey equipment operation and being prepared for overnight travel, working outdoors in all weather conditions.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, safety orientation, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen with a valid driver's license and MVR. One+ year of surveying experience is a bonus.

We are currently searching for an experienced Rod Person to support our Southwest Regionlocated in Louisiana.

The Rod Person reports to the Party Chief and is responsible for assisting with field surveying activities, including operation and maintenance of survey equipment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a desire and willingness to learn land surveying. This is an entry level position that will require some overnight travel and working outside in all weather conditions.

What you need to have:
