Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications per medical directives.
• Collect and document patient information upon arrival and assist in assessments.
• Educate patients about care plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document nursing activities and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
