Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a responsible Housekeeper at FPACP Webster to maintain clean and safe living spaces for residents and staff. You will vacuum, dust, mop, wash windows, and assist with linen care, while adhering to cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.

The role requires clear English communication, the ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals, and physical stamina to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend/evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals, and exposure to fumes, dust, and pet dander.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures, turning mattresses, moving light furniture, emptying trash receptacles.
• Assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences as they become vacant.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry; coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry.
• Keep housekeeping carts clean and organized; keep carts stocked with cleaning supplies in OSHA-approved containers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
