Job summary

KidStrong Walnut Creek is seeking a dynamic coach to lead group classes for children aged 1–11, promoting confidence, movement, and healthy development. You will guide activities, model positive energy, and connect with both kids and their parents to support growth and safety.

You will join a team dedicated to health, education, and teamwork, delivering a science-based, parent-focused curriculum in a fast-paced, kid-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching children aged 1–11 years.
• Ability to maintain high energy and engagement throughout classes.
• Strong communication with kids and parents in a positive, constructive manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic, age-appropriate group classes for children 1–11 years old.
• Demonstrate drills and activities safely while ensuring kid-friendly instruction.
• Provide clear feedback and encouragement to children and parents after sessions.
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and prepared presence every day.
