Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. in Florida is seeking a friendly bartender to greet guests and mix drinks in a fast-paced, family-run restaurant environment.

You will follow recipes, handle payments, maintain a clean bar, verify pricing, and assist with food service as needed. Candidates must complete Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certifications, read English, and be able to stand for the full shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Ability to take orders and handle payments accurately.
• Must be 21+ to enroll in 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Mixes liquor and drink ingredients according to company recipes and measures.
• Serves guests in a cheerful and courteous temperament while maintaining a neat bar.
• Maintains a neat, clean, properly stocked bar and verifies correct pricing for drinks.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately and timely.
• Assist with food service as needed and complete shift changes and opening/closing duties.
