Job summary

Binny's Beverage Depot in Rockford, IL is seeking a team member to help grow sales, keep productivity high and deliver superior customer service while ensuring store safety and cleanliness.

You will work with a team under store management, handle cash, operate scanners and POS, stock shelves, verify ages and follow safety procedures, training, and company policies; flexibility for evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to count cash and make change accurately.
• Able to operate scanners and computer keyboards.
• Able to pass alcohol training and maintain certification.
• Able to lift 40-50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
• Able to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to read small type.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly walk up and down stairs.
• Ability to work in cold areas.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled.
• Consistent and regular attendance.

Work as part of a team, following the directions of managers and supervisors, while adhering to the policies and procedures explained in the Employee Handbook.

• Develop knowledge of store products to better serve the customer.
• Perform all duties as assigned by Store Management.

Compensation

• Hourly pay range for this position is $17.00-$18.00
