Life Time Inc. is seeking a climbing instructor to provide general climbing instruction in a fun, enthusiastic, and safety-focused environment. You will encourage members to develop climbing abilities and fitness while upholding the Life Time Way. This role supports open wall events, classes, and ongoing member engagement.

The position emphasizes safety, excellent customer service, and building impactful connections with members and guests in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Ability to scale climbing wall structure.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs routinely and repetitively.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate correct usage of climbing equipment and facility features.
• Monitor climbing area to ensure safety procedures are followed by climbers and spectators.
• Assist with leading rock climbing classes, events, and Open Wall.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the climbing area.
• Maintain member files and waiver forms.
