Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Robotics Maintenance professional to oversee robotic process changes, troubleshoot complex robotic systems, and drive continuous improvement within the Engineering Team. The role emphasizes safety, programming, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain high automation uptime.

The candidate will lead development of training for maintenance staff, monitor line performance, and implement process changes with engineering and operations stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on robotics experience; integration preferred.
• Certifications in robotics (programming, mechanical, electrical) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to configure robot I/O.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate robotic process changes and improvements.
• Troubleshoot robotic electrical, mechanical, and program issues.
• Audit robotic equipment and programs as required.
• Ensure robotic safety procedures and setup.
• Develop robotics training program for maintenance staff.
• Monitor line cycle time and machine process time.
• Develop and execute process changes with cross-functional team.
• Perform PLC programming as necessary.
• Lead continuous improvement within a multi-disciplinary team.
