Job summary

Universal Robots is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for our Wixom, MI facility to manage goods receipt, inspection, and inventory control for robot production components. You will support ERP-based records, cycle counts, and material flow to production with a focus on quality and process efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, ERP familiarity, and fork-lift capability (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods receiving environment.
Experience using ERP systems and standard IT tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Forklift license is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
Flexible, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

Receive and register incoming goods.
Unpack and inspect received components and materials.
Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) according to established procedures.
Handle non-conforming materials and support supplier claims in cooperation with the Quality Department.
Put away materials and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Pick and issue materials to production.
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.
