Base salary $700K–$800K with RVU bonuses, a $50,000 sign-on, and relocation assistance. Robotics access with two systems, and a flexible mix of clinic and OR work.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Open to experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows.
