Job summary

HDT Global is seeking a qualified engineer to develop and execute test plans for complex electromechanical systems, including robotic arms and unmanned ground vehicles. You will lead testing projects, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and control domains, and collaborate with sales, quality, manufacturing, service and engineering teams.

The role requires 5 years of experience and BS/MS in Computer/Software/Robotics/Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in related field.
• BS or MS in Computer, Software, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develops test plans, procedures, and protocols for electromechanical systems.
• Conducts testing of robotic machines and unmanned systems.
• Leads robot testing projects of moderate to high complexity in a collaborative team.
• Assists in fabrication, troubleshooting, testing and warranty service of prototypes.
• Communicates with technicians, engineers, vendors, customers.
• Manages assigned time-based projects and delivers within scope.
• Processes manufacturing data and generates test reports.
• Supports other projects and duties as assigned.
