The ideal candidate will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support robot setup and tooling changes. Strong documentation and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining or troubleshooting industrial robots in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with robot operation, teach pendants, and automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and related automation equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues affecting robotic systems.
• Support robot setup, program adjustments, tooling changes, and production changeovers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect robotic cells, sensors, and safety devices.
• Use teach pendants and software to implement approved adjustments.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Document repairs, program changes, inspections, and parts usage.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety standards.
