Job summary

Crosby is seeking a Robotic Technician in Longview, TX to support automated production lines and ensure equipment readiness. You will troubleshoot, modify programs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robots and related systems.

The role requires 2–3 years of robotics experience, comfort with hand tools, and the ability to work independently in a warehouse environment, with strong attention to detail and a readiness to collaborate with operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of robotic technician experience.
• Experience using multiple hand tools.
• Experience building, maintaining, testing, and repairing robotics.
• Background in hardware, electronics, and circuitry.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Preferred: robotic programming experience.
• Preferred: technical certification or technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations of automated cells.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment as needed.
• Make equipment and program modifications as requested by operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on automated equipment.
• Support daily problem-solving efforts with operations; develop and support improvement projects.
