Job Title: Sr. Field Service III
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection of robots and connected equipment
- Boot up associated systems and troubleshoot any issues
- Set up environments and help robots perform pre-defined use cases
- Record and document system performance, issues, and suggestions for improvement
- Help customers pick and replenish goods required to test the robot operations
Skills and Requirements
- Experience with command line interface on Linux systems
- Writing procedures and/or work instructions
- Experience training others is a plus
- Experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) is a plus
- Professional experience with a medium level of responsibility
- Customer interfacing experience
- Problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Interest in new technologies
- High attention to detail
- Good situational awareness with ability to assess and document system status
