Job summary

NEURA Robotics seeks a Systems Engineer to transform market needs into safe, certifiable architectures. You will own system-level requirements, interfaces, and traceability while collaborating with software, hardware, safety, and certification teams.

You’ll contribute to architecture across product lines and drive end-to-end execution from prototype through production. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, MBSE tools, and experience in robotics safety standards to ensure coherent

Responsibilities

  • The Bridge: Convert customer and product needs into structured, traceable system requirements and participate in system architecture definition; lead architecture for product lines where applicable.
  • Collaborate and Align: Allocate requirements to subsystems and define interfaces ensuring alignment across mechanical, electrical, software, controls, AI and perception domains.
  • Drive Integration: Define and support system verification, validation, and certification strategies, including test plans and acceptance criteria.
  • Own System Scope: Establish and maintain key systems engineering artifacts, including requirements specs, architecture, interface definitions and traceability documentation; contribute to technical reviews.
  • End-to-End Execution: Support execution and system integration and performance validation throughout prototype and product phases; facilitate transition from development to production and field deployment.
